Q. My Picture will not upload ,Why ?
A. Most likely your image file is too large ,please ensure your picture is 400kb or less. If you still have trouble you can mail it to us and we will gladly add it to your advertisement, please supply your ad number with the email.
Q. I want to edit my ad but i lost the email with the edit link ,what can i do ?
A. Simply contact us to resend your links, please supply the ad number. ( register a free account and you do not need to keep emails to edit ads )
Q. Featured Ads, how do i get a featured ad ?
A. All our ads are free and we randomly ad featured ads to the carousel at the top, although if you ask nicely and provide a picture with your ad we will gladly feature your ad if possible, just ask.
Q. Can i subscribe to certain types of Ads ?
A. Yes you can, subscribe to New Ads and have emails sent to you with items that match your given words - this is a great way to get bargains agead of others.
Q. What are the gold and grey stars ?
A. Grey stars are ads that have not been saved to view later, gold stars are the ads that are saved . You can come back at a later date toview all your save ads/sellers.
Q. My ad was removed from the site ,why ?
A. Puppies4sale, has many ways of blocking spam ads or ads suspected to be scams. In some cases we can get it wrong and your ad may have been genuine although removed. In this case you can email us with any queries.
